Mortal Kombat II

Toasty!

Following his failure to defeat Liu Kang in the Mortal Kombat tournament, the evil Shang Tsung begs his master Shao Kahn, supreme ruler of Outworld and the surrounding kingdoms, to spare his life. He tells Shao Kahn that if they hold it in Outworld the invitation for the next Mortal Kombat cannot be turned down, and the Earthrealm warriors must attend. Kahn agrees to this plan and also restores Shang Tsung's youth. He then extends the invitation to the thunder god and Earthrealm's protector, Raiden, who gathers his warriors and takes them into Outworld. The new tournament is much more dangerous, as Shao Kahn has the home field advantage, and an Outworld victory will allow him to subdue Earthrealm.

The series has a reputation for high levels of bloody violence, including, most notably, its Fatalities.

Description

A defining and best-known feature of the Mortal Kombat series is its finishing move system called Fatality. An original idea behind it was to give gamers a free hit at the end of the fight. The basic Fatalities are finishing moves that allow the victorious characters to end a match in a special way by murdering their defeated, defenseless opponents in a gruesome manner, usually in the predefined ways exclusive for the given character.

How to Play

The game is played in the arcades with a joystick and five buttons: high punch, low punch, high kick, low kick, and block.

Once inside all arcade games are Free to Play!

Please Note: Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that a particular machine is available at your chosen location, on a particular day. We regularly need to rotate arcades in to and out of service to keep them in good condition and extend their lives.
